Spectacular stay. The very attentive staff, the gigantic and complete rooms, the very comfortable beds, sheets and pillows, the most complete breakfast we have ever enjoyed in a hotel, all delicious. The parking lot is small but the employee solves it and gets the space to store it.

This is the best hotel in Bucaramanga, it has a majestic lobby, the breakfast included is a breakfast-lunch because it has everything. It has a rooftop pool. The room is spacious and very comfortable. The price-offer ratio is excellent. The TV is a bit small and the channel change is very slow.
