Dann Hotels Dann Club Program Regulations
The following document contains the terms and conditions that regulate participation in the Dann Club program.
Dann Club is the loyalty program of the Dann Hotels Chain, designed to reward the loyalty of its guests, seeking to better understand their tastes and preferences in order to provide them with unparalleled experiences.
From the moment the Guest voluntarily enrolls in the Dann Club, his/her membership in the Program automatically begins. Only with the registration, the Guest agrees to the terms set forth in the Regulations of the established Program, committing to comply with the procedures.
Registration is free and is open to any natural person of legal age (18 years in Colombia). Legal persons or entities do not qualify for membership or ownership within the Program.
The Dann Hotels Chain is not responsible for the internal policies that some companies may have regarding the participation of their employees in the Dann Club program.
Registration for the Program can be done through the website www.hotelesdann.comin the Dann Club option – “Sign up now!”, registering the data in the form designed for this purpose, or through our Loyalty Coordinator, email [email protected], telephone +57 (1) 6 338 666 ext. 6624. (Our clients are asked to register the document number with which they register at the chain’s hotels, in order to guarantee the accumulation of Points).
The person who signs up for the Dann Club authorizes, by subscribing to the clause indicated below, that the Dann Hotels Chain may collect and process the data contained in the Program, and may also contact you and send you periodic information. Based on the foregoing, the Dann Hotels Chain may extract or consolidate the data provided and contact the client through any of the means provided by the Chain. In the same way, the client grants the Dann Hotels Chain the power to dispose of them free of charge under the conditions that their free judgment dictates for the benefit of the development of the Dann Club program.
The clause says:
In compliance with the provisions of Statutory Law 1581 of October 17, 2012, “By which the general provisions for the protection of personal data are dictated”, I hereby AUTHORIZE THE HOTELES DANN CHAIN, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Treatment Policy published on its website and in national newspapers, so that it makes use of my personal data, existing in its database for contractual, marketing and commercial purposes, such as: communicating news and modifications of its products and/or services, carrying out promotional and advertising acts, invitations to commercial events, updating data and other activities related to the corporate purpose of the Dann Hotels Chain.
Once the registration has been made, the Dann Hotels Chain will verify the data and communicate via email the welcome, attaching your username and password, for navigation on the portal. Once registered, browsing is done through the page www.hotelesdann.com in the Dann Club option – “Sign in now!”.
The Dann Hotels Chain reserves the right to remove from the Program, at any time, any member who commits any type of fraud. He will be immediately out of the Program and will lose the points he has accumulated up to that moment. The person who has been excluded from the program will not be able to open a new account in their name, even if they continue to use the products and services as a client of the Dann Hotels Chain.
The accumulated Dann Club Points are not negotiable, nor exchangeable for money, nor for other benefits not established by the Dann Hotels Chain. The sale of accumulated points is not allowed and leads to immediate exclusion from the Program. However, if the member wishes to assign his Points to a family member, he may do so, as long as it is shown that he performs this action without giving these Points any cost, and that he does not obtain any benefit from them. The member must inform in writing to which family member they assign their points, and how many, to carry out the corresponding procedure, to the email [email protected].
If the client is registered and wishes to withdraw, they must communicate their decision in writing to [email protected].
The Dann Hotels Chain reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate and/or cancel, partially or totally, individually or collectively, the Points, terms and conditions of the Dann Club Loyalty Program (Points) at any time. The Dann Hotels Chain will inform the members of the program by any of the means at its disposal, said decision. Guests who have points in their account will have three calendar months from the moment in which the Dann Hotels Chain reports the termination or cancellation of the program, to make the Dann Club Points effective according to the current catalog in force.
Both the username and the password of your account are confidential, therefore, the Dann Hotels Chain is not responsible for the theft or disclosure of your password, since each client is solely responsible for it.
In case of forgetting his password, the client only has to enter the page www.hotelesdann.com, in the Dann Club option – “Sign in now!” – “forgot your password?”, enter your document number registered in Dann Club and, by return mail, you will receive your password again.
In order to access the benefits, it is necessary that, from the first night of accommodation, customers are registered in the program, through the page www.hotelesdann.comin the Dann Club option – “Sign up now!”, registering the data in the form designed for this purpose. Any customer who is not enrolled in the program will not be able to receive Dann Club Points.
At the time of registration, the client will receive 50 welcome points.
Customers will be able to accumulate Dann Club Points only with accommodation (Each Hotel has established a minimum rate to accumulate Points per stay).
Each Dann Club Point awarded will be valid for (2) calendar years, from the date of the last consumption made in any of our hotels*.
Dann Club Points will only be awarded for accommodation with rates equal to or higher than those established in the following table:

Dann Club Points will be accumulated and may be consulted by the customer at least twenty-four (24) hours after check-out. To check the status of the account on the website, the Client must enter the pagewww.hotelesdann.com, in the Dann Club option – “Sign in now!”, entering your personal account, typing the username and password.
*Does not apply to Cali, Medellin, Barranquilla and Quito
In order to redeem Dann Club Points for nights of accommodation in the hotels of the chain*, the client must have enough points in his/her account to carry out said redemption. The procedure is to enter the page www.hotelesdann.com, in the Dann Club option – “Sign in now!” and enter your personal account by entering your username and password. Once inside your account, you must go to the “Benefits Request” module, select the Hotel where you want to make your redemption, indicating the number of nights (Weekdays or Weekends) and the number of people who will occupy the room.
The Client must make the request to redeem Dann Club Points, at least ten (10) days prior to the date of their stay and within a period of two (2) business days, they will receive by return mail, the response at your request, once the availability of the hotel has been confirmed. It is necessary to receive confirmation of the reservation to make use of it.
The benefit is for 1 or 2 people per room, the additional people will be paid by the guest.
Redemptions will be granted on standard rooms only. Accommodation nights for redemption of Dann Club Points do not include transportation, food, drinks, tips, taxes and any other expenses during the stay. The client must pay directly the consumptions made during their stay before check-out.
During stays redeemed by Dann Club Points, the customer must take into account that Dann Club Points will not be accumulated.
Dann Club Points will be valid for two (2) calendar years, from the date of the last consumption made in any of our hotels*.
When the client makes a redemption of his accumulated Dann Club Points, the oldest Points will automatically be deducted from his account, so that the Points of the available balance in his account are the most recent and, therefore, those that are older. far from the expiration date.
Redemptions are subject to availability and seasons at each hotel in the chain. Dann Club Points can only be redeemed for nights of accommodation in the hotels of the participating chain and in no case will they be exchanged for cash or for other prizes other than those stipulated in the Dann Club Program.
Once the redemption has been made and registered in the system, the affiliate will only have 5 business days before making use of his prize to change his decision about the product. If you do not do so within this stipulated period and do not make use of your prize, under no circumstances will refunds of redeemed Points be made.
The prizes and benefits delivered by the Dann Club Program cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
Redemptions apply only for one night or a maximum of three nights in the same request, that is, at the time of redemption, only a minimum of one night and a maximum of three can be redeemed.
*Casa Dann Carlton, Dann Carlton Bogotá, Dann Avenida 19, Dann Carlton Bucaramanga, Dann Monasterio Popayán, Dann Combeima Ibagué and Dann Cartagena.
