RESERVATIONS: BY APPOINTMENT
Both guests and members of ELIXIA SPA must make a reservation before visiting the facilities. It must be confirmed with RECEPTION ELIXIA SPA EXT 6128 or WhatsApp 3112869362. Users will NOT be able to enter immediately, because we have limited capacity as a health precaution and the entrance will be restricted to users who do not have a previous reservation. THE MAXIMUM CAPACITY IN THE POOL AREA AND WET AREAS IS 30 PEOPLE.

Protocol and Behaviour Elixia Spa
It is the policy of the Casa Dann Carlton that all the guests and customers of the facilities of Elixia Spa omply with certain basic standards of protocol and behaviour and respect the rights and the security of others guests and members.
Registration
In the case you are not making us of the humid zones kindly arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment of services in order that we may begin on time. In the case of a delay, we will hold your reservation for a period of 15 minutes. In the case you are a late, the time for your services will be reduced accordingly to make way for other persons holding reservations.
Policies
As a consideration to other gusts and customers, we kindly ask to refrain from the use of telephones devices. Please have these in an OFF mode to insure an ambience of relaxation. Persons under the influence of alcohol or other substances will not be allowed to use the facilities for security and health reasons.
Security
It is important to take security measures by using the lockers provided. Please seek the support of our staff to give you instructions on the use of these facilities.
Therapists
You can request a female therapist however; we cannot guarantee any one in particular. All of our therapists are highly trained to guarantee your comfort at all times.
Special Needs
It is imperative that you inform your therapist of any irregularities in your health condition such as high blood pressure, allergies and if you area undergoing any post-operative care. This will allow us to give you the appropriate care and recommend the applicable kind of treatment to avoid any alterations in your health.
Clothing and Dress
Upon your arrival, we will make available for you a robe, sandals and towels for your comfort. Once in the treatment room, we recommend the use of two-piece bathing suits for women and swimming trunks men. If you do not have your own, we offer disposable items at a cost of COP$15,000 each. The use of the appropriate dress code is in the Spa and the Steam and Sauna zones is mandatory at all times. Nudity is not allowed.
Reservations
We recommend that you reserve your treatment(s) 48 hours in advance to offer you the maximum availability. In case of a change in your plans or a cancellation, please get in touch with the Elixia Spa Reception directly.
Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted up to 12 hours prior to your reserved time. After 12 hours, a penalty fee will apply.
Arrival Protocol
We advise you to make use of our pool, sauna and steam bath zones prior to the commencement of your Spa treatment.
To use our pool it is mandatory to use a bathing cap. In case you do not have your own cap, we have them available for sale at a price of $7,000 pesos each one in the Spa Reception Area.
Minimum Age
The minimum age required to enter the Spa area is 18 years of age. A minor may enjoy some of our services while under the guidance and care of a responsible adult or guardian.
Spa Boutique
As an extension of our treatments and services, we offer all the products we use for sale in our shop located in the Spa Reception Area.
