The room was clean and smelled nice. The decor was a bit outdated but well maintained. It included a comfortable bed, a dining table, and a desk with a comfortable chair for those who need to work or study. The hot water was perfect for early morning showers. The room got 3 stars because the safe was not operational at check-in. I was in a rush to get to the bank before they closed for the holiday weekend and needed to store a few valuables. They sent a tech, and he replaced the battery. I lost some time—a minor inconvenience. Nonetheless, the maintenance of the safe should have been completed prior to arrival. The breakfast buffet is really good! Lots of variety or options. Pilar, the bartender knows how to make a drink! The facility has a curbside transport service. The drivers are friendly and knowledgeable. They have medium-sized vans for large groups and a small SUV for smaller ones. The price is reasonable, and you can hire them for the entire day. Taxis are almost the same price and in some cases more expensive. We used them to take a day trip to the Salt Mine and Cathedral in Zipaquirá. I will no longer be shopping around for hotels in Bogotá on future visits and will certainly use the transport service instead of public transportation or taxis.
