DANN AV 19 PET POLICY
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- Domesticated dogs and cats are accepted, with a maximum of one pet per room (please consult with the hotel regarding the possibility of two pets if they are small breeds).
- No other types of animals, such as reptiles or birds, are permitted.
- The maximum weight allowed per pet is 25 kg.
- Dog breeds classified as potentially dangerous must wear a muzzle at all times in common areas.
- Pet health policy: Pets must comply with the health regulations required by law, be free of parasites such as fleas, ticks, heartworms, etc., and carry a valid vaccination card. The owner must have all the legally required documentation at the time of check-in, which may be requested at any time by the hotel management.
- It is essential to inform us at the time of booking if you are traveling with a pet.
- If you do not inform us in advance, availability is not guaranteed.
RATES AND DEPOSIT:
- An additional fee of COP $35,700 (included VAT) per night will be charged for each pet staying at the hotel.
- A deposit of COP $100,000 will be required, which will be refunded at check-out, subject to verification of the room and the absence of damage.
RULES OF CONDUCT:
- Pets must remain under supervision and control at all times.
- They are not allowed to be left alone in the room for extended periods of time.
- In common areas, pets must always be kept on a leash or in a carrier; this also applies to the use of elevators.
- Pets are not allowed in areas such as the restaurant, event rooms, and private areas of the hotel (kitchen, among others).
- Disturbance policy: If another guest complains about your pet’s barking, noise, or behavior, a warning will be issued to the guest so that they can take the necessary precautions to immediately cease the disturbance. If the disturbance is not immediately controlled, the guest will be required to change rooms. If the disturbances are repeated, the guest will be informed that the pet must be removed from the hotel, or the guest must leave the hotel, without any refunds, reimbursements, or other sums for these events.
CLEANING:
- Room cleaning: When the room is being cleaned, the pet must be outside the room or accompanied by its owner.
- The guest agrees to inform the reception immediately in the event of special cleaning or material damage inside the room.
- Waste must be collected and disposed of.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Responsibility: i) Guests with pets accept full responsibility for any damage caused by their pet to people or physical property and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, managers, owners, and employees from any damage suffered as a result of the pet. ii) The costs and respective interest generated by the damage caused by your pet must be assumed by the guest responsible for it, which will be charged directly to your room account. iii) If your pet disposes of liquid or solid waste on carpets, beds, mattresses, sofas, decorative chairs, or other hotel items, the owner will be responsible for cleaning it up. If cleaning is not possible, the owner must pay for the product. iv) Guests are responsible for picking up their pet’s waste in the hotel and its surroundings. Please always have your cleaning kit handy.
- Feeding the pet is the guest’s responsibility; the hotel will only provide food bowls or cups.
