It was a very good stay for attention and comfort of the hotel and the area quite favorable to visit the main tourist sites of the city

Very good location and attentive staff

Good location, next to a pedestrian street, shops in the surroundings, close to tourist centers and easy movement by taxi throughout the city. The hotel staff was very nice.

Calm and familiar. I was concerned because of the waste of water because it takes from five to ten minutes to heat the water so there was a lot of cold-water waste.

Excellent value for money and service, very good breakfast and excellent staff in their attention.

Very good service, you can see that they take care because the client feels at home and even better than at home. Thanks to everyone who works there, it shows that they do a great job, I would totally recommend it.

The Hotel facilities are comfortable, the location for those who want to enjoy the Center of Bogotá is excellent. Access to the parking lot is very complicated, I lost more than an hour trying to find it.

The first thing I want to highlight is the excellent attention of the staff: they are friendly and willing to ensure that the passenger has a great stay. The location is great, a few meters from the downtown pedestrian street and three blocks from the Gold Museum. Around there are many places to eat. The facilities are very good and comfortable. They have two vans available: we went to the Salt Cathedral and they took us to the airport, in both cases for a very reasonable price. The dining room staff (breakfast and evening) very attentive.

This is a fabulous hotel, not only because of its central location in the city, but because of its staff, who are very polite. Its spaces are very clean and quiet, important for rest.
